Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of parametric STL digital filesgenerated by BrickMount, published by Hoton Digital, sole proprietorship (raison individuelle) held by Jonathan Hoton, established in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Swiss business identification number (IDE) available on request pending registration.

A print-ready STL file generated from the chosen configuration. Bundles deliver several STL files in a single payment. The product is intangible.

Prices are shown on the Pricing page, in Swiss francs (CHF). Payment is processed by Stripe; no banking data passes through our servers. Hoton Digital is currently below the Swiss VAT registration threshold (100 000 CHF annual turnover) and therefore does not charge VAT.

Immediate delivery by download after payment confirmation, with a permanent access link sent by email (re-issuable at any time). Unlimited downloads; you can adjust the parameters and regenerate the STL up to 3 times per STL.

The STL is a digital good delivered immediately upon payment. By initiating the download, you expressly waive any statutory or contractual right of withdrawal that would apply to distance sales of digital content. This consent is collected at purchase and acknowledged again when you first download the file.

If the dimensions of the printed part do not match the equipment you specified, a 100% refund via Stripe applies. See the full Refund Policy for eligibility and how to request it.

Personal use and light commercial use are included (see the Pricing FAQ). Mass resale or series production: a dedicated license is available on request.

STL files are provided “as is”. 3D printing depends on your hardware and your settings; our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Neuchâtel, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the buyer's country of residence.
